Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to EUN! We appreciate every order and want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because many of our products are made in limited quantities, we’ve created a fair policy that protects both our customers and our brand.

Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method for hoodies or apparel purchases.

However, if something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with one of the following options:

  • Store credit for the full eligible amount
  • An exchange for another item of equal value

Our goal is to make sure you still leave satisfied with your experience.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must still be included
  • Items with stains, odors, damage, or visible wear may not qualify

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Limited Releases & Final Sale Items

Certain limited drops, sale items, or custom products may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

These items will always be clearly labeled before purchase.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with the order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all exchanges.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, exchanges or store credit are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
