Thank you for shopping with EUN. Every order means a lot to us, and we’re committed to getting your items to you as safely and quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-volume releases, holidays, or special collections, processing times may be slightly longer. If delays occur, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of EUN’s control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS (if provided at checkout).
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
EUN is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, EUN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We’ll still do our best to assist you however we can.
International Orders & Customs
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
These charges are not controlled by EUN and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the situation.
Delivery Delays
EUN is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect customer information
- Other events outside our control
